Elise DuRant – Writer, Director
Edén (Eden) is Elise’s debut feature film. Edén is fiscally sponsored by New York Foundation for the Arts, a New York State Council on the Arts grant recipient, a Gabriel Figueroa Film Fund recipient, and supported by Women Make Movies. Elise learned filmmaking in the editing room, working for such notable filmmakers as Spike Lee and Woody Allen—a contributor to Edén.
Will Oldham – Actor
Will stars in the feature films Ghost Story (David Lowery), New Jerusalem (Rick Alverson) and Old Joy (Kelly Reichardt). He appears in Wendy and Lucy (Kelly Reichardt), Junebug (Phil Morrison), Julien Donkey-Boy (Harmony Korine), and Matewan (John Sayles). He is also a singer-songwriter, better known by the stage name Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy.
Diana Sedano – Actor
Diana is an up-and-coming Mexican actress with well-established training in theatre. She debuts in a lead role in a feature film with Edén.
Vicente Pouso – Director of Photography
Vicente comes to filmmaking with an extensive background in print photography. He shot additional camera on Post Tenebras Lux (Carlos Reygadas)—Best Director Cannes Film Festival—and is the director of photography of El Nido (Alex Ezpeleta), both produced by Mantarraya Producciones. Vicente’s work includes collaborations with artists like Mario Garcia Torres, Pedro Reyes, Miguel Calderón, and Joachi Koester. He recently shot the documentary TEA by Mario Garcia Torres, commissioned by dOCUMENTA. Born in Western Sahara and raised in Madrid, he majored in Photography at the School of Fine Arts in Palma de Mallorca.

Manuel Teil – Casting Director
Casting director for more than 40 feature films, including For Greater Glory: The True Story of Cristiada (Dean Wright), Las razones del corazón (Arturo Ripstein), Under the Salt (Mario Muñoz), Y Tu Mamá También (Alfonso Cuarón), Amores Perros (Alejandro González Iñárritu), No One Writes to the Colonel (Arturo Ripstein), and El evangelio de las Maravillas (Arturo Ripstein). He has also cast for The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (Tommy Lee Jones), Man on Fire (Tony Scott), and Once Upon a Time in Mexico (Robert Rodriguez). His sensibility and keen eye have brought many previously unknown actors to international recognition.
José Leandro Córdova Lucas – Producer
Founding partner of Cine México and Despacho Cinematográfico—a production company dedicated to experimental film and video—where he produced the web series Los Micro Burgueses, the documentary Helios el Dios del sol, the short films Respeto (José Leandro Córdova Lucas), Sofía (Elise DuRant) and Jaime Tapones (Sebastian Hofmann) amongst others.
